Mohans Catering staff has completed a course of food hygiene training and have full knowledge about food hazards and their control. We have conformed to the required acts namely The Food Safety Act 1990 and its equivalent European standards.

The present supervisor Mr. P. Makol has attained the Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate and the Food Hygiene Training Certificate given by Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the London Borough of Hounslow respectively.
Mohans Catering is HACCP compliant. HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points . It is used in food industry to help ensure productions of safe food products. HACCP involves the systematic assessment of all steps in food production processed to identify likely hazards. HACCP can and should, be used by all food operations, whether large or small or whether producers, manufacturers, retailers or caterers. It is applicable to all foods - for a simple single ingredient product to a complex formulate mixture.
Apart from following the above mentioned policies Mohans follow a strict code of hygiene, clothing and hand washing procedures.
